Locating a Vendor
New Orleans Vending, Inc works with a wide variety of vendors. Many of our customers are constantly looking for new locations for their machines. We can assist you in making sure that your location will have the right size and variety of equipment. We would be more than happy to assist you in getting a vending service provider with the right equipment for your location together with you. We back up all of our vendors 100%. That means that they will be delivered by highly trained delivery personnel and serviced by extremely competent technicians. We would love to introduce you to one of our many vendors.
On-Site Vending Repair
Our experienced repair technician has close to 20 years in the vending business. He has the training and knowledge to diagnose and fix a majority of the problems that occur in your vending equipment. He is skilled on all of the major brands of machines and many of the new up and coming companies. Our repair truck carries all of the essential parts that are comparable among all the leading brands. Whatever we lack on our vehicles we either carry in stock at our warehouse, or we can easily order whatever is needed to complete the task to your satisfaction.
Our technician can diagnose most problems relatively quickly and be able to give our customers a good estimate of the cost of repair before beginning to complete the task.
Delivery and Installation
The delivery team at New Orleans Vending, Inc. has years of experience in the moving and installation of vending equipment. We have all the necessary tools and equipment to move your heavy vending machines efficiently and safely. We are insured and have no problems bringing insurance certificates to your locations, if necessary.
We use a Ford F150 with a lift gate to deliver and move your equipment. Our truck will hold up to 3 pieces of equipment at a time. If you require us to move more than one piece for you, a discounted rate is applied to the other pieces.
Our team is also highly trained in the service of vending equipment. We can quickly diagnose and repair any problems that can arise during the moving of equipment.
Preparation and Refurbishment
New Orleans Vending, Inc. has a full-time in-shop vending technician also that will refurbish any used machines that we purchase before delivering them to your location. We can also recondition most any machine that has been vandalized. We will assess the damage and give you an estimate of the repair cost before starting any repairs.
Our company completes its own refrigeration repairs. Because we do not have the ability to do major repairs in the field, we pull the cooling unit and will bring it to our shop for quality repair.
Warranty Agreement
Used Machines: Drink and/or snack machines are covered under a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty will include parts and labor and covers the entire machine. The warranty also covers any problems that occur from normal usage. Vandalism and power surges are not covered under the warranty.
Service Calls: Service calls are under a 30-day warranty covering the labor only of whatever the specific problem was that was repaired.
Refrigeration: Leak repairs are covered under a 60-day warranty. New compressors are covered under a 1-year warranty (on the compressor only).
